Course inquiries

Fluento English Academy uses the name, email address, course interests, time zone and learning goals you provide to respond to your inquiry and discuss requested services. An inquiry does not enroll you in a newsletter or marketing campaign.

The email composer

The inquiry tool processes its fields in your browser and opens a draft in your own email app. It does not submit the fields to a website backend. Your email provider handles the message when you send it, and we receive its contents when it reaches us.

Website and student portal

The host may log request details such as IP address, requested page, time and browser information for operation and security. The new public information pages do not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The existing student portal is a separate application that may use session cookies and account information to provide login and learning functions. Ask us about that service before opening a new account.

Use, sharing and retention

Inquiry information is used to provide the requested communication and services. Relevant information may be shared with providers involved in delivering those services or where legally required. It is retained as needed for those purposes and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Young learners and sensitive information

A parent or guardian should make the initial inquiry for a learner under 18. Do not submit sensitive student records, identity documents, passwords or payment card details through the inquiry tool.

Your requests

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you supplied, or to stop optional correspondence. Requests are considered in light of applicable obligations.
